Below is the conversation between mama & a lady couldn't speak english:

Mama : What's the difference between these 2 items (A & B)?
Lady : (point to A) this pink, (point to B) this pink pink!!
Mama : hahahahahahahhaha~

In fact one was light pink, the other was hot pink :D! It's quite similar to a joke about Japanese english (no offence, just a joke), that 10 is ten, 20 is ten ten!! LOL~
Hope this can put a lil smile on your face :).

Ok, so how's ur weekend? mama was busy about the new collections, everything should be up on this coming Saturday. Mama is pretty headache about the webshop, no idea on the themes yet.

Btw, as promised, we have MAXI this round~~ Weeeeeeee!! :D Mama would also like to have one, even though mama is short :C

HELP Wanted

You must have noticed the latest "recruitment ad", are you interested? :D
Mama would say it's a very flexible, easy part-time job, but mama really need someone who is willing to help & have interest on fashion. If you ask mama any specific requirements, mama would say your 'smile' is the key one, which means you have to be a friendly person :). If anyone of you or your sibling or your friend or whoever interested, do let mama know ok? THANK U :)

OK, let's talk something about Mix & Match ;)

The above blouson was sold immediately the day mama wore it. Sometimes mix & match not necessary to be wearing many layers of clothes, accessories help either. And most of the time is about color coordination, try not to have more than 3 colors on you.

You told mama mix & match is too complicated for you, you dunno what & how, that's why you choose 1-pc dress all the time, or tshirt & jeans. Well, that's really fine, but what about adding a short denim jacket to your floral dress? or perhaps a shawl or scarf with beautiful print to your all-time tshirt & jeans?

Mama's rule of thumb, whatever you wear must make you feel good :)

Do you like maxi dress? that's something mama could never wear due to mama's height -__-", there'll be a huge alteration needed if mama insists to wear ~LOL :D!! Anyway, mama will try to get some, as wish to see you whoever with model's height to wear it ;)

Mama met some lovely customers, they told mama how they like Cookies & Cream webshop with those pretty graphics. You asked mama why spent time to do those graphics, why not just take photos on a model or mannequin, simple & direct, since what customers care are only the apparels.

True, yet what mama cares is not only the apparels...

Mama is also very lucky to meet another kind of U, they have been supporting Cookies & Cream since it's born. We chat like friends and they could easily spend 2 hours with mama :). U wouldn't know how glad mama was when seeing you guys wearing the apparels from Cookies & Cream :D

Mama is not a dress person, if you have a chance to look at mama's wardrobe, there're less than 10 dresses, the only reason mama thinks is because dress is too feminine for mama, lol ~ but a skirt like above is fine, oh and yes, this skirt is an easy-matching piece ;)

Next week will be a busy week, as have to prepare for the new arrivals to be ready both in shop & webshop, there's a lot of work involved....ironing, pricing, photographing, photoshopping etc ~

Mama has seen a lot of new faces for the past few weeks, most of them read about us from magazines as well as from some pages online. Thank you, thank you for liking my child Cookies & Cream, your support is always mama's motivation :)

rainy afternoon

A lot of people have been asking mama why the baby is called "Cookies & Cream", no, not because mama loves cookies & cream flavour ice cream -___- ...it was an idea of the whole concept - simple, casual & fun.

Cookies & Cream main blog (http://cookiesncreamboutique.blogspot.com) has served as the medium to sell online beside our physical shop at Solaris Mont Kiara. And now this "Cookies' mama says...." would be something about mix & match with Cookies & Cream fashion theory....

our latest collection comprises a lot of floral stuffs, some are bold and some are demure. A dark color with vibrant floral like above is mama's fav, and it shows how the floral looks hip but not old by matching it with some young issues eg: hot pants, skinny jeans with contrast color.
